Cindabella Marketplace Rules

These rules apply to all users of Cindabella.com.

Basic Behaviour

The Cindabella community expects all users to:

1. Conduct themselves honestly and in good faith at all times.
2. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Comply with Cindabella’s terms of use.

Sellers agree to:

1. Describe items fully and accurately, and answer questions promptly.
2. Respond to emails as soon as possible, and within two working days.
3. Ensure items are shipped as soon as possible, and within a week of receiving payment and delivery address, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or agreed by both parties.
4. Shipping charges should not be inflated for profit, and must be a fair and reasonable reflection of the actual packaging and postage costs.
5. Not place negative feedback without making best endeavors to resolve issues through email first.
6. Not engage in retaliatory feedback or behavior.
7. Not subsequently spam previous buyers.
8. Provide clear, high-quality images of the item(s) for sale.

Buyers agree to:

1. Respond to emails as soon as possible, and within two working days.
2. Pay for goods purchased as soon as possible, within a week of receiving payment details.
3. Not place negative feedback without making best endeavors to resolve issues through email first.
4. Not engage in retaliatory feedback or behavior.
5. Not subsequently spam previous sellers.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on Cindabella.com:

1. Illegal items or items that promote illegal activity.
2. Stolen property.
3. Items that infringe on intellectual property rights.
4. Counterfeit items.
5. Adult services or items.
6. Weapons.
7. Drugs and drug paraphernalia.
8. Tobacco products.
9. Alcohol.
10. Animals or animal products.
11. Hazardous materials.
12. Recalled items.

Listings that violate these rules may be removed from the site with or without notice to the seller.

Additional Precautions:

1. All negotiations and transactions are between the buyer and seller. Cindabella.com does not facilitate payment or shipping and will not be liable for any action/s you or the buyer choose to take.
2. Cindabella.com reserves the right to remove any listings that it deems irrelevant or not of value to its community, with or without notice to the seller.
3. Cindabella.com strongly recommends that buyers and sellers communicate only through the site’s messaging system to protect their personal information.
4. Cindabella.com strongly recommends that buyers and sellers meet in a public place and take appropriate precautions when exchanging goods and payment. Cindabella.com will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from transactions that take place off the site.
5. Cindabella.com does not verify the identity or background of its users and does not perform background checks on sellers or buyers. Users should exercise caution when dealing with unfamiliar or unverified users.
6. Users should report any suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior to Cindabella.com immediately.
7. Cindabella.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
