Copyright Policy

At Cindabella, we respect intellectual property rights and strive to protect the copyrights and trademarks of others. We expect our users to do the same.

Our Copyright Notice Policy explains our policies on copyright ownership, user-generated content, and copyright infringement. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when using our website.

1. Copyright Ownership

All content and materials on Cindabella, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Cindabella, its users, or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.

 

2. User-Generated Content

a) By submitting any content to cindabella.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised. This license applies to the Cindabella platform and our business, as well as third-party sites and services, without further notice or consent from you, and without payment to you or any other person or entity.

b) By submitting any content to Cindabella, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such content, that it does not infringe any copyright or other proprietary rights, and that it does not violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

 

3. Copyright Infringement

Cindabella respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on Cindabella infringes your copyright, please send a written notice of copyright infringement to our designated copyright agent at copyright@cindabella.com. Your notice must include the following information:

a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;
b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Cindabella to locate the material;
d) Information reasonably sufficient to permit Cindabella to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address;
e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
